grell manufactures headphones that meet the highest quality standards. This applies not only to the sound, but also to the materials used and the production processes. If a grell headphone has a defect, grell offers a two-year guarantee on all non-wearing parts. Please first contact the retailer where you purchased the headphones to request that the defect be corrected. If you are proven unsuccessful, please send a description of the defect, a copy of your purchase receipt and copies of your correspondence with your dealer to: usasupport@grellaudio.com

The stated warranty is void if the defect is due to improper use.
